I design and build GoHighLevel automations, CRM architecture and customer success operations for coaches, agencies and ecommerce brands. I have built for premium tier clients across coaching, therapy, publishing and travel, and run an independent client engagement end to end, from the quote and service agreement through to onboarding.

Two things run underneath all of it. I like watching other people win, which is why a decade of my career sat in customer success and not somewhere quieter. And I like things in their right place, which my family finds funny and my clients find useful.

So the work tends to look the same. Find the step everyone dreads, take it apart, label every piece, and hand it back running. A good system is a mixtape, not a jam session. Sequenced, labelled, and it plays the same way every time.

The tapes on this site are the ones I am proudest of. Side A is the work. Side B is the part nobody sees, the naming conventions and the handover docs, which is the part that decides whether any of it still works in six months.
